The kitchen at Tisvildeleje Strandhotel is our heart in a rustic, fresh, and homemade style where we indulge in seasonal ingredients.
Head chef Jonas Jensen always creates an exciting and flavourful menu, allowing the fresh ingredients to take center stage on the plate.
It is possible to dine in the restaurant or on the terrace when the weather allows. Otherwise, it is always possible to enjoy a cup of coffee, tea, beer, or our own excellent wine selection in one of the lounges. Outdoors, you can leisurely enjoy the view over Tisvildeleje and the Kattegat while the small fishing village hums with activity.
